We collect information to provide a seamless "Zero Admin" experience for Organizers and a safe, verified environment for Xplorers.

A. Personal Information You Provide

• Account Registration: Name, Email Address, Mobile Number (verified via OTP), and Password.
• Profile Data: Username (visible to others), Bio, City, Gender, and Adventure Interests.
• Organizer Verification: Business Registration Documents, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, and Certification proofs.
• Booking Details: Emergency Contact Information, Health/Medical conditions, and Government ID details.

B. Information Automatically Collected

• Device Data: Device ID, Model, Operating System, and App Version.
• Location Data: GPS location data when you use features like "Check-In," "SOS," or "Find Adventure Near Me."
• Usage Data: How you interact with the app.

C. Payment Information

We do not store your credit card or banking password details. All payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We only store the Transaction ID and Payment Status.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: To facilitate bookings, digital tickets, and certificates.
• Safety & Verification: To verify identities and ensure legitimate Organizers.
• Communication: For booking confirmations and safety alerts.
• Community Privacy: Enabling In-App Group Chat using only Usernames.
• Gamification: Tracking Adventure CV and Eco-Points.

3. Sharing of Information

We prioritize your privacy and do not sell your personal contact numbers.

• With Event Organizers: We share necessary details (Name, Age, Gender, Emergency Contact) for logistics and safety. Your phone number is NOT publicly visible to other participants.
• With Service Providers: Trusted partners (Hosting, Gateways, SMS) bound by confidentiality.
• Legal Requirements: If required by Indian law or to protect user safety.

4. User Rights & Data Control

• Access & Correction: Review and edit profile info in the App.
• Data Portability: Request a copy of your Adventure CV.
• Deletion: Request account deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security practices (encryption, secure servers). However, no electronic transmission is 100% secure.

6. Third-Party Links & Ads

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites linked on our Platform.

7. Children's Privacy

Services are not intended for individuals under 18 without parental consent.
