Terms of Service for GetSetXplore (GSX)

Welcome to GetSetXplore! By creating an account, booking a event, or organizing an event on our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. If under 18, you may only use Services with parental consent. You are responsible for account security.

2. Booking & Payments

Booking Process: Bookings are direct contracts between Xplorer and Organizer. GetSetXplore is a technology facilitator.

Payments: Processed via secure gateways. Organizers are responsible for their payouts.

Cancellations: Governed by the Organizer's specific policy displayed on the event listing.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Platform for illegal purposes, post defamatory content, harass users, or bypass the platform for bookings.

4. Risks & Liability Disclaimer

Assumption of Risk: Adventure sports involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

Platform Liability: GetSetXplore is NOT an Event Organizer and is not liable for injuries, service quality, or cancellations.

Organizer Liability: Organizers are solely responsible for safety, insurance, and execution.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and the "GetSetXplore" brand are owned by us. You may not copy or distribute without permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane/Mumbai, India.
